Duties and Responsibilities
Increase the sales of the product portfolio reaching the target and goals set for your territory.
Monitor and evaluate the channel activities on a regular basis, collecting customer feedback and market research.
Implement territory sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Optimize the channel structure to be balanced out by category and tier and to be most efficient.
Identify, recommend and facilitate the appointment of new channel partners (direct and indirect).
Support and stimulate business also with key indirect resellers.
Identify and recommend sales opportunities in new and existing markets and increase market share in established markets.
Represent the company at Trade Shows, Partner Events, Roadshows or Association meetings.
Develop Sales & Marketing Plans with Key Accounts and execute and monitor them throughout the year.
Increase business opportunities through new and innovative routes.
Drive business according to defined Strategic Growth Initiatives for new and strategic products.
Compile and analyse sales figures and provide accurate Forecasts by reporting into management on a regular basis.
Review continually the sales results at all levels of the reseller channels you are responsible for, put in place action programs to make good any shortfall against forecasts, for these accounts.
Education and/or Experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a natural team spirit.
Strong out of the box thinking combined with a hands-on attitude, the ability to manage multiple projects successfully and prioritise well.
Previous experience of selling software or IT solutions, would be a distinct advantage.
Experienced in using a CRM tool to manage sales targets.
The ability to communicate in further languages of the territory is a plus.

International travel may occasionally be required; therefore, employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, category B.
