Kandidatas turi gebėti atlikti produkto testavimą ir vertinimą drauge su klientu. Pardavimų inžinierius glaudžiai dirbs su tiesioginių pardavimų skyriumi, esamais partneriais bei svarbiais klientais siekiant užtikrinti aukštą produktų atnaujinimo rodiklį bei teigiamus klientų atsiliepimus. Darbo našumas bus vertinamas pagal naujų klientų pritraukimą, esamų klientų išlaikymą, sugebėjimą parduoti aukštesnės bei pridėtinės vertės programas, klientų atsiliepimus bei bendrą indėlį į pardavimų skyriaus bei įmonės tikslų įvykdymą.

We are looking for a hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.
The Sales engineer is responsible for supporting the sales staff in presenting technical presentations of our products as well as assisting on installations, integrations based on our APIs and any other business deal that involves any sort of technical integration. Pre-sales activities involve technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and assisting customers with product evaluations, trainings, etc. The Sales Engineer will work with direct sales team as well as supporting partners and high profile customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. Region with direct account responsibility will be: LithuaniaDuties and Responsibilities  

  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Providing Proof of Concept service to pre-contract business partners and help them with planning and technical implementation of ESET software products
  • Successfully matching customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Creating and delivering trainings, presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Handling VIP custommers
  • Responding to customer threat- related calls
  • Mastering ESET products
  • Executing technical asistance to enterprise accounts
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence  negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Keep accurate notes in CRM for all related activities.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Providing solutions to complex technical issues in pre-deal development period
  • Providing software/network troubleshooting on complex technical issues
  • Sharing best practices with other technical team members to enhance quality and efficiency of the other members

Experience 

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer, Net Admnistrator (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise accounts
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in malware behavior processing and terminology. Understanding ESET technologies; threat intelligence reports
  • Willingness to travel
  • 3+ years Sales Engineer experience and/or technical support experience required
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Windows NT/2000 and/or UNIX (Solaris, Linux)
  • Solid knowledge and technical competence in Networking, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, and knowledge of webservers required
  • 3+ years experience in computer software or systems including security products (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, content security)
  • MCP certification advantage
  • Solid knowledge of security technologies

Language Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate in Lithuanian and English language verbally and in writing. The ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.

 

Personality requirements and skills:

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software presales and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales. Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business is a plus.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred. Driving license is mandatory.
